DELIVERY TIME

We ship all of our products from Wakefield, England. All orders are dispatched between 3-10 working days after the point of purchase.

Please bear in mind that there may be delivery delays out of our control during peak times of the year.

Please wait for the delivery schedule specified by the carrier service to pass before getting in contact to report any potential lost package.

TRACKING

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details for your order.

All orders are insured in line with their value.

Original artworks require a signature upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please contact the courier service.

Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded.

RETURN & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges or refunds.

TAX & CUSTOMS CHARGES

It is the buyer's responsibility for any customs duty and import taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. We recommend checking with the local customs office that your order is being shipped to to help estimate any additional fees.

DAMAGES

All orders are checked and wrapped with the utmost care.

On the rare occasion an order has been damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below:

1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).

2. A photo of the damaged product.

3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is the buyer's responsibility to input the correct shipping information. If you have entered in your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information, please contact me as soon as possible.

It is not possible to change shipping information once the order has been shipped. Refunds will not be given as a result of incorrect information being supplied.
